Product Introduction

 

Pneumatic Flat Gate Valves are a type of sliding valve with parallel gate plates as the closing element, driven by compressed air to realize remote or automatic operation . The valve adopts a straight-through flow channel design, which ensures minimal fluid resistance when fully open, maintaining stable pipeline pressure and improving overall system efficiency . It is suitable for both on-off control and long-term isolation scenarios, with bidirectional sealing capability that adapts to diverse pipeline flow directions, making installation more flexible .

Our valves comply with international standards such as API 6D, ASME B16.34, and GB/T 12234, ensuring compatibility with global pipeline systems and meeting the strict quality requirements of industrial applications. We support OEM, ODM, and OBM customization to meet the specific needs of different projects, including special material, size, and pressure grade requirements .

 

Product Features

 

1.Efficient Pneumatic Drive : Equipped with high-performance double-acting or single-acting pneumatic actuator, with air pressure range of 0.4~0.7MPa and response time ≤1.5s, enabling fast and precise on-off operation . It can be equipped with manual operation device as backup, ensuring normal use even when there is no power supply .

2.Superior Sealing Performance : Adopts floating valve seat and parallel double-gate structure, realizing bidirectional sealing through close fit between gate and valve seat . The sealing surface is sprayed with hard alloy, combined with PTFE or NBR sealing material, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and leak-proof, meeting ISO 5208 C or above leak rating .

3.Low Flow Resistance & Energy Saving : The straight-through channel design ensures that the fluid flows in a straight line, with minimal flow direction change, greatly reducing pressure loss and energy consumption . When fully open, the gate is consistent with the pipeline inner diameter, which is equivalent to a straight pipe, further reducing flow resistance .

4.Durable & Wear-Resistant Structure : The valve body and gate are made of high-quality materials such as WCB cast steel, 304/316 stainless steel, or alloy steel, with high tensile strength and corrosion resistance . The gate is equipped with precision guide strips to avoid deviation during movement, and the valve stem adopts composite packing for multiple sealing, reducing friction and preventing blowout .

5.Easy Installation & Maintenance : The valve has a compact structure, short structural length, and symmetric channel design, which is easy to install in any direction . Wear parts can be replaced without removing the valve from the pipeline, reducing maintenance time and cost .

6.Wide Adaptability : Suitable for a variety of media, including water, sewage, crude oil, natural gas, neutral gases, and industrial fluids with minor particles . It can work stably in a wide temperature range of -40℃~550℃ (depending on material) and pressure range of 1.6~14MPa.
