Proppant in fracturing technology has been gained more and more attention, and has been successfully applied in the fields of oil well repeated fracturing, vertical well stratified fracturing, horizontal well segmented fracturing and complex well reconstruction. We can provide low temperature (40-60C), medium temperature (60-80°C), high temperature (80-120°C) and UHT (120-150°C) temporary blocking agents. The temporary blocking agent is made of dissolvable and degradable polymer material, which can form a dense blocking layer on the proppant or mixed with the proppant under certain pressure to achieve the purpose of temporary blocking. According to the customers request of dissolution rate and grain size, we can customize the temporary blocking agent with different dissolution rate and grain size.

Part of the temporary blocking agent can produce organic acid in the degradation process, which can acidize and remove the polluted formation. At the same time, the acid can break the gel. Our temporary blocking agent is completely dissolved in water or degraded into water and CO2, which is safe and reliable and will not pollute the formation. At present, more than 40 kinds of temporary blocking agents have been developed for customers, which have been widely used in major oilfields with good stimulation effect.

Conventional fracturing preferentially communicates with high permeability zones, but it is difficult for low permeability zones which are very important for stimulation and reconstruction. In view of this situation, diverting fracturing technology came into being. By adding diverting agent to the fluid, temporarily plugging these high permeability channels, forcing the fluid to flow to the low permeability layer, thus realizing diverting fracturing.

Thankful has developed a series of medium, high, low temperature use of temporary plugging ball products, can adapt to different geological environments. With good dissolution and degradation performance, according to customer needs, can adjust the degradation rate. At present, the conventional sizes are mainly: 9mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm,19mm, 22mm, 26mm diameter products can be provided, can also be customized according to the actual needs of customers.

Segmented fracturing of horizontal well is the core technology of shale gas reservoir development. The conventional method at home and abroad is segmented fracturing of compound bridge plug. In order to produce logging in the later stage, coiled tubing must be used to drill and grind all bridge plugs. The soluble fracturing ball needs to withstand the high temperature of nearly 150°C and the pressure difference of more than 70 MPa, and the stress area is very small when it is pressed. Therefore, the thermal stability against short circuit and the mechanical strength of the fracturing ball is required.
