HJK-5 (II) Drilling Body Expanding Plug and Leak Sealer is a new type of downhole plugging product developed based on the characteristics and requirements of drilling leak sealing op e- rations. It is formed by cross-linking a multi-component chem- ical system with additives into a gel at ground level, followed by processes such as cutting, granulation, and sieving. This sealant has high strength, contracts upon contact with oil without expanding, and gradually expands slowly when exposed to water. Its expansion degree is adjustable, offering excellent temperature resistance, salt resistance, and pressure resista- nce. It requires a small amount, is well-matched with drilling fluid, easy to formulate, and convenient to apply. It can effectively block porous and fractured leakage layers, preven- ting further loss through pressure. The sealant has viscoelas- tic deformability, which compensates for the poor adaptability and tendency to be expelled from traditional bridge plugging materials, enhancing its ability to address complex formation wellbore leakage issues and meeting the requirements for dril- ling leak sealing.
HJK-5 (II) drilling body expansion plug agent is widely used in the process of oil field, coal mine, coalbed methane and other drilling processes to meet the requirements of complex formation well leakage blocking, reduce the time and amount of mud leakage, and greatly reduce the cost of blocking construction.

III-Usage method
According to the specific conditions of the construction well (such as leakage rate), at the well site, inject the drilling body plugging agent in a certain concentration (0.5%- 30%, depending on indoor tests and on-site determination) into water, HPAM solution, or drilling fluid, and mix thoroughly. Use an injection pump (or cement truck) to inject the prepared solution into the leakage formation. The prepared solution can be mixed and injected immediately (note), ensuring construction safety.
IV-Packaging and storage
- This product is packaged in plastic woven bags, each bag weighs 25kg, or according to user requirements. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse, do not expose to sunlight, rain, shelf life is one year.
- Treated as non-hazardous in transport.
