The Parallel Flow Hole Gate Valve is a specialized sliding valve that utilizes parallel gate discs with highly polished flat sealing surfaces to achieve tight mating with the valve seat, primarily used for shutting off or connecting media flow in industrial pipelines. Its unique flow hole design (also known as a vent hole) distinguishes it from standard parallel gate valves, providing pressure relief, seat protection, and support for pigging operations in long-distance pipelines. Available in vented (with flow hole) and non-vented configurations, this valve is tailored to meet the diverse needs of different pipeline systems, from power plant piping to oil and gas trunk lines.

1.Superior Sealing Performance : Adopts a dual-parallel-disc design with floating seats and pre-loading, ensuring bidirectional sealing reliability. The highly polished sealing surfaces of the gate discs and seats (made of reinforced graphite, PTFE, or hardfaced alloy) prevent media leakage even under high pressure, complying with strict industrial sealing standards.

2.Flow Hole Design Benefit : The integrated flow hole (vent hole) in the lower disc of vented models allows for pressure relief, protecting the valve seat from direct media erosion and extending service life.
