Our Pneumatic High-Temperature Ball Valve combines advanced valve structure design with high-temperature resistant materials, integrating the advantages of compact structure, flexible operation, and excellent sealing performance. It is composed of a high-temperature resistant ball valve body and a piston-type pneumatic actuator, which can stably operate under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, effectively controlling the on-off and flow regulation of various high-temperature media such as steam, heat-conducting oil, and high-temperature gas. Whether it is a harsh working environment with high temperature, high pressure, or corrosive media, this valve can maintain stable performance and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the entire pipeline system.

1.Superior High-Temperature Resistance : Adopting high-quality high-temperature resistant materials (such as WCB, CF8, CF8M, 304 stainless steel, 2520 special stainless steel, and nickel-based alloy) for key components like valve body, ball, and valve stem. The temperature resistance range covers -29℃ to 1200℃, with soft seat (PTFE, PPL) suitable for 180℃-350℃ and metal seat for 220℃-1200℃, fully meeting the needs of different high-temperature working conditions.

2.Excellent Sealing Performance : Adopting a precision-processed spherical structure and high-temperature resistant sealing materials (composite graphite, metal hard seal), the sealing performance is significantly improved, and the sealing effect can be enhanced with the increase of medium pressure. It achieves ANSI IV-VI leakage class, effectively preventing medium leakage and ensuring the safety of the production environment and equipment.

3.Efficient Pneumatic Control : Equipped with a high-performance pneumatic actuator (double-acting or single-acting), it can realize fast on-off control (90° rotation) with response time as short as 0.5-2 seconds. It can be equipped with a valve positioner (receiving 4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC control signal), solenoid valve, limit switch, and pressure reducing valve to realize automatic regulation and remote monitoring, improving production efficiency and reducing human error.

4.Durable & Low Maintenance : The valve stem adopts a blow-out proof design and self-lubricating structure, with small friction, flexible operation, and not easy to damage. Key components are subjected to surface hardening treatment, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, extending the service life by 3-5 times compared with ordinary valves. The integral structure design makes installation and maintenance simple, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

5.Multi-Scene Adaptability : With a full port design, it has the smallest fluid resistance among all valves, achieving energy-saving effect. It is suitable for various media such as water, steam, oil, gas, and corrosive liquids, and can be used in harsh working conditions such as viscous, particle-containing, and fiber-containing media. It can replace globe valves, gate valves, and plunger valves, expanding the application range.
