Our Stainless Steel Discharge Ball Valve is a versatile flow control device specifically designed for discharge applications in tanks, reaction kettles, pipelines, and other industrial equipment. It adopts a simple yet robust structure, featuring a stainless steel ball that rotates 90 degrees to control the opening and closing of the valve, eliminating medium residual and ensuring smooth, efficient discharge of liquids, gases, or slurries. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, this valve is built to withstand harsh working conditions, including corrosive media, high pressure, and extreme temperatures.

1.Superior Corrosion Resistance : Crafted from high-grade stainless steel (304/316/316L optional), the valve body, ball, and stem are highly resistant to corrosion, rust, and chemical erosion-perfect for use with aggressive media such as acids, alkalis, salts, and industrial chemicals (excluding molten alkali metals and fluorine elements). It also performs excellently in saltwater, marine, and coastal environments.

2.Excellent Sealing Performance : Equipped with PTFE (Teflon) seats and seals, our discharge ball valve ensures tight shut-off and zero leakage, even under high pressure.
