Product Introduction

 

The Italian Ultra-thin Ball Valve is a new generation of ultra-short flange distance ball valve developed by introducing advanced Italian technology and localized optimized design. Its core feature is the significantly reduced valve body thickness, which is 30% to 50% thinner than standard flange ball valves while maintaining complete sealing performance and operational reliability. With a compact structure, light weight, and flexible installation, it is widely used in oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, HVAC, and water treatment industries, realizing efficient on-off control and flow regulation of various media.

 

Product Features

 

1.Italian Precision Craftsmanship : Adhering to Italian industrial design standards, the valve body is processed with high-precision equipment, and the internal ball is precision ground to ensure smooth operation and stable performance. The overall structure is optimized through finite element analysis (FEA), which verifies the structural safety and ensures that the maximum stress concentration area is lower than 70% of the material yield strength even under 1.5 times the nominal pressure water pressure test.

2.Ultra-thin & Space-Saving Design : The ultra-thin valve body design greatly reduces the installation space, making it suitable for compact pipelines and modular equipment where traditional valves cannot fit. For example, the thickness of a DN50 standard flange ball valve is usually more than 150mm, while the ultra-thin Italian-style product of the same diameter can be controlled within 90mm, saving more than 18% of the installation space for a single production line.

3.Excellent Sealing Performance : Adopting fully enclosed PTFE, RPTFE, or PEEK sealing materials, there are no dead corners, ensuring zero leakage (meeting ISO5208 Class A or API598 Class VI standards) under different working conditions. The sealing surface has good self-lubrication, which reduces friction and wear with the valve body and valve stem, effectively extending the service life of the valve.

4.Easy Installation & Maintenance : Adopting wafer-type flange connection, it can be directly installed between the flanges of the pipeline without additional adapters or accessories, which simplifies the installation process and reduces labor costs. The design of the valve allows quick removal for maintenance or replacement, and the pipeline does not need to be disassembled during the maintenance process, minimizing downtime.

5.Wide Applicability & High Reliability : Available in a variety of materials such as SUS304, SUS316L, WCB, and duplex steel, it can be customized according to the transported medium (water, steam, oil, acid, corrosive fluid, etc.). It has fire and anti-static functions, and the valve stem will not fly out due to severe wear, ensuring safe operation in harsh industrial environments.

6.Efficient Operation : The handle only needs to be rotated 90° to complete the full open or full close action, realizing quick on-off control. When fully open, the thickness of the valve plate is the only resistance for the medium to flow through, so the pressure drop is very small, and it has excellent flow control performance.
