Product Introduction

 

A four-way ball valve is an advanced flow control device featuring four ports, enabling simultaneous management of multiple fluid pathways within a single valve body. Unlike standard 2-way or 3-way valves, our four-way ball valve utilizes a precision-engineered spherical disc (with X-shaped or L-shaped internal channels) that rotates 90° to control, divert, or mix fluid flow efficiently. This innovative design eliminates the need for multiple valves and complex piping configurations, reducing installation space, cost, and operational complexity-making it an ideal choice for modern industrial systems.

Our four-way ball valve is available in manual, pneumatic, or electric operation modes, supporting both on-site and remote control to adapt to diverse automation requirements. 1.Multi-Path Flow Control : Equipped with X-shaped or L-shaped internal channels, the valve can easily switch, divert, mix, or reverse fluid flow between four ports-replacing complex valve groups and simplifying system design. For example, in power station cooler systems, it can replace four separate valves to realize forward and reverse water supply switching with a single operation, saving time and reducing operational errors.

2.Superior Sealing Performance : Adopts top-mounted fixed ball structure and high-quality sealing materials (special plastic, PTFE, or hard metal seal) to ensure excellent airtightness and wear resistance. The sealing force increases with medium pressure, effectively preventing leakage even under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, and maintaining system integrity.

3.High Efficiency & Easy Operation : 90° quarter-turn operation enables quick flow switching, with smooth operation and small driving torque. The one-piece trunnion-mounted ball and stem design eliminates shear failure common in two-piece designs, further extending service life.

5.Low Fluid Resistance & Energy Saving : The full-port flow path and arc connection of the internal channel ensure smooth fluid flow, minimizing pressure drop and energy consumption-improving overall system efficiency.
