HJK-5 (I) Drilling Body Expanding Plugging and Leakage Sealing Agent is a new type of downhole plugging product developed based on the characteristics and requirements of drilling plugging operations. It is formed by cross-linking a multi-component chemical system with additives into a gel at ground level, followed by processes such as cutting, granulat- ion, drying, crushing, and sieving. This plugging agent has high strength (capable of withstanding pressures above 60 MPa), contracts upon contact with oil without expanding, gradually and slowly expands when exposed to water, with adjustable expansion degree, excellent temperature resistance, salt resi- stance, and pressure resistance, low usage rate, good compati- bility with drilling fluid, simple preparation, and convenient construction. It can effectively seal porous layers, fractures, and other leakage zones, preventing further loss through compression.
HJK-5 (I) drilling body swelling plug is widely used in the process of drilling oil fields, coal mines, coalbed methane and other complex formation well leakage blocking requirements, reduce the time and amount of mud leakage, greatly reduce the cost of blocking construction operations.

Method of use
According to the specific conditions of the construction well (such as leakage rate), select particle size grouting agents (1- 3; 3-6; 6-10 mm). At the well site, add the bulk expansion plugging agent to water or drilling fluid at a certain concentr- ation (0.3%-20%) and mix thoroughly. Use an injection pump (or cement truck) to inject the prepared solution into the leakage formation. The prepared solution can be mixed and drilled (inje- ction) as needed to ensure construction safety.
Packaging and storage
This product is packaged in plastic woven bags, each bag net weight 25kg, or according to user requirements. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse, do not expose to sunlight, rain, shelf life is one year. Treated as non-hazardous in transport.
