Product Introduction

 

The Electric Flat Gate Valve is an industrial control valve that regulates the on-off and flow of liquids, gases, and slurries in pipelines. It gets its name from the flat, parallel gate that moves vertically to open or close the valve channel. Driven by a high-quality electric actuator, this valve realizes intelligent control and remote operation, eliminating the need for manual labor, reducing operational errors, and significantly improving work efficiency and safety in industrial production processes.

Our Electric Flat Gate Valve is manufactured in strict accordance with international standards such as API 6D, API 6A, ASME B16.34, and GB/T standards, ensuring compatibility and interchangeability with global pipeline systems. It is available in two main types: with diversion hole (suitable for pipeline pigging cleaning) and without diversion hole (for better sealing performance), meeting different working condition requirements.

 

Product Features

 

1.Intelligent Electric Control : Equipped with advanced electric actuator, it supports remote monitoring and precise parameter adjustment. Operators can real-time monitor the valve status and control its opening and closing through remote terminals, realizing automated production and reducing labor intensity.

2.Excellent Sealing Performance : Adopts elastic preloaded double-seat sealing structure, with the valve seat and gate forming face-to-face sealing. The gate and valve seat are treated with special processes (such as hard alloy overlay welding), ensuring no friction on the sealing surface, strong wear resistance, and reliable sealing even under high pressure or harsh media conditions. It also has a triple adjustable packing structure to further enhance sealing reliability.

3.Low Flow Resistance & Energy Saving : The flat gate design ensures unobstructed fluid flow, with flow resistance as low as that of a short straight pipe, effectively reducing energy consumption during operation. This energy-saving feature aligns with global sustainable development requirements.

4.Compact Structure & Easy Installation : Compared with ordinary gate valves and ball valves, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, and small installation space, which greatly reduces the load on the pipeline. It can be installed at any angle, and maintenance and replacement can be completed without removing the valve from the pipeline, saving time and labor costs.

5.Wide Adaptability : Available in a variety of materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel) and pressure grades, it can adapt to different media (water, oil, natural gas, steam, sewage, slurry containing suspended particles) and working temperatures (-29℃ ~ 425℃), meeting the needs of various harsh industrial environments.

6.Safe & Durable : Equipped with a pressure relief device to prevent valve damage caused by excessive internal pressure, ensuring safe operation. The yoke is fully assembled and passes seismic tests, and the valve stem is designed with stable thread and anti-loosening structure, extending the service life of the valve.
