Our Stainless Steel Low-Temperature Gate Valve is a specialized valve designed for low-temperature (-40℃ to -196℃) and ultra-low-temperature scenarios, manufactured with high-quality stainless steel materials and advanced cryogenic processing technology. It strictly complies with international standards such as API 600, ANSI B16.34, and ASME B16.5, ensuring excellent interchangeability, safety, and stability in global low-temperature industrial applications. The valve adopts a gate structure for on-off control, featuring small flow resistance, reliable sealing, and strong resistance to low-temperature brittleness, widely used in fields such as cryogenic storage, liquefied gas, refrigeration, and aerospace.

Unlike ordinary gate valves, our stainless steel low-temperature gate valve undergoes special heat treatment and structural optimization to avoid material brittleness and sealing failure under extreme low temperatures, ensuring stable operation even in the harshest cold environments. The flange connection design makes installation and disassembly convenient, reducing maintenance costs and improving work efficiency.

1.Superior Low-Temperature Adaptability : Specially designed for low-temperature (-40℃ ~ -196℃) and ultra-low-temperature working conditions, the valve body and internal parts undergo cryogenic treatment and stress relief processing, effectively avoiding low-temperature brittleness and ensuring structural integrity and sealing performance even at -196℃ (liquid nitrogen temperature). It can adapt to various low-temperature media such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon.

2.High-Quality Stainless Steel Material : Adopts high-grade stainless steel materials, including 304, 316, 316L, 904L, and other corrosion-resistant alloys, which have excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and low-temperature toughness. The material meets ASTM standards, ensuring no rust, deformation, or damage under long-term low-temperature operation, greatly extending the service life of the valve.

3.Reliable Cryogenic Sealing Performance : Adopts a special low-temperature sealing structure, matching PTFE, flexible graphite, or metal-to-metal sealing materials that can withstand extreme low temperatures without aging or cracking. The wedge-type elastic gate design realizes self-tightening sealing, adapting to temperature changes and reducing leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction, achieving "zero leakage" in line with API 600 standards.

4.Optimized Structural Design : The valve stem adopts an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) design, allowing intuitive observation of the valve opening through the lifting of the valve stem top; the valve stem is treated with anti-friction and anti-corrosion coating to ensure smooth lifting even under low temperatures. The valve body and bonnet are connected by bolts (or welded for high-pressure models) to enhance overall strength and prevent cold air leakage. Rolling bearings are equipped in the operating device to make opening and closing light and labor-saving, even for large-diameter valves.

5.Strict Quality Control : Each valve undergoes strict cryogenic testing, pressure testing (strength test, seal test), and leakage testing in accordance with API 598 and cryogenic valve standards before leaving the factory. The cryogenic test simulates the actual working environment to ensure that the valve can operate stably and reliably under low-temperature conditions.

6.Flexible Operation & Installation : Supports multiple driving modes such as manual (handwheel), electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic, which can meet the needs of manual operation for small valves and automatic control for large valves or remote control scenarios. The flange connection conforms to ANSI B16.5 standards, with strong universality, easy installation and disassembly, and convenient maintenance.
