Our Electric Stainless Steel Gate Valve is a linear motion valve designed to start, stop, and regulate fluid flow in pipelines with exceptional precision. It integrates a robust stainless steel valve body with a high-efficiency electric actuator, eliminating the need for manual operation and enabling seamless integration with automated control systems. Product Features

 

1.Superior Corrosion Resistance : The valve body, gate, and stem are made of high-quality 304 or 316L austenitic stainless steel,solution treatment to enhance corrosion resistance by 3-5 times. It can effectively resist erosion from acids, alkalis, salt mist, seawater, and corrosive chemicals, making it suitable for harsh environments such as chemical plants and marine engineering.

2.Precision Electric Control : Equipped with a multi-turn electric actuator, the valve supports both ON/OFF switch control and 4-20mA analog regulation, with positioning accuracy within ±1%. It responds quickly (10-30 seconds per full stroke) and can be seamlessly integrated with DCS/PLC systems, realizing remote monitoring and automatic closed-loop control, which greatly improves operational efficiency and reduces labor costs.

3.Zero Leakage & High Durability : The sealing surface is overlay-welded with Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy (hardness HRC≥55), achieving ANSI Class V leakage control with leakage ≤0.1cm³/min (helium test standard). The valve stem undergoes quenching and tempering plus nitriding treatment, ensuring excellent wear resistance, scratch resistance, and corrosion resistance, extending the service life and reducing maintenance frequency.

4.Low Flow Resistance & Flexible Installation : The full-port design ensures a straight-through flow channel when fully open, with a flow resistance coefficient ≤0.1 and minimal pressure loss, suitable for large-flow and high-pressure difference systems. The valve supports bidirectional fluid flow and can be installed in any position of the pipeline, with flange (DIN 2543/ASME B16.5) or butt-weld connection options to meet different installation needs.

5.High Protection & Safety : The electric actuator features IP67 dustproof and waterproof protection, with optional ExdⅡBT4 explosion-proof certification for hazardous environments such as petrochemical plants. A manual override function is also equipped to ensure normal operation even in power outages, maximizing operational safety and reliability.
