Product Introduction
Flange Gate Valve is a multi-purpose bidirectional shut-off valve, mainly used to control the on-off of fluids (liquid, gas, slurry) in industrial pipelines, with no throttling and pressure loss during full opening. It adopts a flange connection design, which is easy to install and disassemble, and can be seamlessly connected with standard pipeline systems, ensuring stable and reliable operation in high-pressure, high-temperature and harsh working environments. Product Features
1.Reliable Bidirectional Sealing : Adopts flexible wedge disc design, which can effectively prevent sticking under high-temperature conditions with large temperature fluctuations, and realize tight sealing in both forward and reverse directions, effectively avoiding medium leakage and ensuring the safety of the pipeline system. The valve seat and gate sealing surface are surfacing with iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, which has excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, extending the service life of the product significantly.
2.Durable Material & Precision Manufacturing : The valve body and bonnet are made of high-quality materials such as WCB, CF8, CF3, CF8M, CF3M, etc., which have high strength, good toughness and corrosion resistance, and can resist the erosion of various chemical media. The valve stem is quenched and nitrided, with good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance, and the thread is precision machined to ensure flexible and smooth opening and closing without jamming. All products undergo 100% factory inspection before leaving the factory to ensure stable and reliable quality.
3.Flexible Operation Modes : Provides multiple operation modes including manual, pneumatic, electric and hydraulic, which can meet the needs of different application scenarios. For manual operation, the handwheel is made of cast steel, with reasonable design and labor-saving operation; medium and large calibers are equipped with rolling bearings, making opening and closing easier. Electric and pneumatic actuators can realize remote automatic control, improving work efficiency and reducing manual operation intensity.
4.Standard Flange Connection : The flange size complies with ASME B16.5, HG/T 20592 and other international and national standards, supporting various flange sealing surface types, which can be perfectly matched with the existing pipeline system of customers, reducing installation difficulty and time cost, and improving construction efficiency.
5.Wide Adaptability: The product covers a wide range of specifications, with nominal diameter from 1/2" to 72" (DN15 to DN1800) and pressure rating from 150LB to 2500LB (PN10 to PN420), applicable temperature range from -29℃ to 425℃ (carbon steel) and -40℃ to 500℃ (stainless steel). By selecting different materials and accessories, it can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, gas, chemicals, etc., adapting to different working conditions.
6.Safety & Environmental Protection : Equipped with built-in anti-static device, which can effectively prevent static accumulation, reduce the risk of fire and explosion, and is especially suitable for controlling flammable and explosive media. Complies with API 607 fire safety standard, which can maintain sealing performance even in case of fire, preventing medium leakage and ensuring system safety. The filler and gasket are made of PTFE, flexible graphite and other environmentally friendly materials, which are non-toxic and pollution-free, meeting the environmental protection requirements of various countries.
