Our Sanitary Threaded Butterfly Valve is a manual or actuator-operated flow control valve, featuring male or female threaded connections for easy installation and tight sealing. It is specifically designed to eliminate medium residue and prevent cross-contamination, making it ideal for sterile and hygienic pipeline systems. The compact structure, lightweight design, and smooth surface finish ensure seamless integration into your existing piping, while the interchangeable operation modes (manual, pneumatic, electric) offer flexibility for different application scenarios.

Product Features

 

1.Premium Sanitary Materials : Valve body and disc are made of AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel (EN 1.4301 / EN 1.4404), with surface finish Ra 0.4~0.8μm (Ra 0.8μm as default) to meet high hygiene requirements. All materials are non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and comply with FDA, 3A, and EHEDG standards.

2.FDA-Approved Sealing : Equipped with EPDM, VMQ (silicone), or Viton (FPM) seats, all FDA-approved to ensure safe contact with food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic products. The sealing design provides excellent airtightness and wear resistance, with temperature adaptability for different media.

3.Easy Installation & Maintenance : Male or female threaded connections (compatible with SMS, 3A, DIN, ISO/IDF, RJT standards) allow quick assembly and disassembly, reducing downtime during maintenance. Repair kits (including seats and bushings) are available for convenient replacement.

4.Flexible Operation Modes : Manual pull handle (3-position or 4-position) as standard, with optional pneumatic or electric actuators that are interchangeable. The handle can be locked in position for safe operation, and the 90° rotation enables quick on/off and flow regulation.

5.Strict Quality Assurance : 100% hydraulic tested and inspected before delivery, with leakage rate meeting ISO 5208 Class A standard. The valves are manufactured in compliance with PED 97/23/EC, ISO 9001, and other international certifications, ensuring reliable performance in harsh working environments.

6.Compact & Versatile Design : Lightweight and space-saving structure, suitable for both horizontal and vertical pipeline installation. The full pipe design eliminates fluid retention, reducing the risk of contamination and ensuring easy cleaning (CIP/SIP compatible).
