Product Introduction
The Sanitary Quick-installation Butterfly Valve, also known as hygienic quick-clamp butterfly valve, is a specialized flow control valve engineered for clean-in-place (CIP) and sterile processing environments. Unlike ordinary industrial valves, its design revolves around "anti-pollution" and "easy cleaning", ensuring that the fluid medium is not contaminated during transmission. With a simple structure, lightweight design, and quick 90° on-off operation, it realizes efficient flow control while maintaining the highest level of hygiene, making it an essential component for modern hygienic production lines.
Equipped with a clamp-type quick-installation structure, our valve can be disassembled and installed without tools, greatly reducing maintenance time and improving production efficiency. All parts in contact with the medium are mirror-polished, free of dead corners and residues, effectively preventing bacterial growth and ensuring compliance with international hygiene standards such as GMP, FDA, and 3A.

1.Quick Installation & Easy Maintenance : Adopts tri-clamp (tri-clover) quick-connect design, allowing tool-free disassembly and installation in seconds. This design not only saves time during equipment maintenance and cleaning but also reduces labor costs, making it ideal for production lines that require frequent cleaning and inspection.
2.Strict Hygienic Design : All parts in contact with the medium are made of food-grade 304/316L stainless steel, with mirror polishing treatment (surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm for high-end models, Ra≤0.8μm for standard models). The streamlined flow channel and crevice-free structure eliminate dead corners where materials may remain, preventing bacterial growth and ensuring the purity of the medium.
3.Excellent Sealing Performance : Uses food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade sealing materials, including EPDM, PTFE, and silicone rubber, all of which are non-toxic, odorless, and free of harmful substances precipitation, complying with FDA and GMP standards. The sealing structure is designed to achieve ANSI B16.104 Class VI zero leakage, effectively preventing medium leakage and external contamination, avoiding cross-contamination in production processes.
4.Durable & Corrosion-Resistant : The valve body and valve stem are made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel (316L is preferred for harsh environments due to its superior corrosion resistance). It can resist corrosion from acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, and maintain structural integrity even under frequent CIP/SIP cleaning and high-temperature sterilization conditions. The service life of the valve is ≥100,000 on-off cycles, and the service life of the seal is ≥20,000 cycles.
5.Flexible Flow Control : The thin, streamlined valve disc design minimizes fluid resistance when fully open, ensuring smooth flow of sensitive media such as yogurt, wine, and pharmaceutical slurries. By rotating the valve disc 0-90°, it can realize on-off control and stepless flow adjustment, meeting the different needs of production processes such as material transportation, filling, and cleaning.
6.Wide Compatibility : Available in multiple connection types (clamp, weld, thread) and specifications, compatible with international standards such as DIN, ISO, and SMS. It can be used with manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators, adapting to both manual operation and automated production lines, and can be seamlessly integrated into existing pipeline systems.
