Our Titanium Pipes (also called titanium industrial pipes, titanium tubing) are the core foundational components for industrial fluid transportation, process piping systems, structural engineering and heat exchange equipment. - Seamless Titanium Pipe: One-piece hot piercing + multi-pass cold rolling/cold drawing forming from titanium billet, no weld seams, uniform wall thickness distribution, superior pressure bearing capacity (up to 70MPa), excellent impact resistance and fatigue resistance, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable and explosive harsh working conditions.

- Welded Titanium Pipe: High-precision forming from titanium plates/strips, full-automatic TIG/plasma inert gas shielded welding, 100% penetration weld inspection, weld strength reaches ≥95% of the base metal, more uniform wall thickness, support for super large diameter customization, lower cost and shorter delivery time, ideal for medium and low pressure large-diameter process piping systems.

Manufacturing & Quality Control Process

 

We implement a full-process traceable quality management system, every single pipe undergoes strict inspection from raw material incoming to finished product delivery :

- Raw Material Incoming Inspection : Titanium raw materials comply with ASTM B348 standard, full-spectrum chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, 100% traceable from melt batch to finished product.

- Precision Forming :

- Seamless pipe: Hot piercing + multi-pass cold rolling / cold drawing forming, ensure uniform wall thickness distribution, high dimensional accuracy, no wall thickness deviation and eccentricity.

- Welded pipe: High-precision titanium plate slitting + continuous roll forming + full-automatic TIG/plasma inert gas shielded welding, closed welding environment to avoid titanium oxidation, 100% penetration, no weld defects.

- Vacuum Heat Treatment : Full vacuum annealing treatment, eliminate internal stress generated during forming and welding, optimize metallographic structure, restore the corrosion resistance and toughness of titanium material, avoid hydrogen embrittlement and surface oxidation.

- Surface Treatment : Standard pickling and passivation to remove surface oxide scale, form a dense and stable titanium oxide passive film, maximize corrosion resistance. Optional mechanical polishing, electrolytic polishing for sanitary grade applications, with multi-stage cleaning and drying to ensure surface cleanliness.

- 100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) : Every single pipe undergoes 100% Eddy Current Testing (ET) + Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to detect surface and internal defects; welds of welded pipes undergo 100% Radiographic Testing (RT) to ensure zero weld defects.

- Finished Product Verification : Full dimensional inspection (outer diameter, wall thickness, length, straightness, ovality), hydrostatic pressure test (1.5 times working pressure, no leakage), pneumatic leak test, flattening test, flaring test, hardness test, to ensure all parameters meet the standard and customer requirements.

- Cleaning & Packaging : For sanitary grade and precision pipes, ultrasonic cleaning with pure water, oil-free and dust-free packaging, nitrogen filling protection to avoid oxidation during transportation.

- Mill Test Certificate (MTC) in accordance with EN 10204 3.1 standard, including chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat treatment batch number, NDT results, hydrostatic test results, dimensional inspection report
