Product Introduction

 

Our Forged Steel Gate Valve is crafted from solid steel blocks through precision forging technology, which eliminates internal voids and weak points commonly found in cast valves, ensuring uniform material density and superior structural strength. Unlike cast or welded alternatives, the forging process compresses the steel grain structure, enabling the valve to withstand extreme pressures and temperatures while maintaining leak-free performance. This valve is primarily used to cut off or connect the medium in industrial pipelines, with a straight-through flow channel that minimizes fluid resistance and ensures smooth media circulation.

 

Product Features

 

1.Superior Forging Quality : The valve body, bonnet, and other pressure-bearing components are integrally forged (tire model forging), ensuring high structural integrity and resistance to pressure-induced cracking. The dense steel structure guarantees long-term reliability even in the most demanding working conditions.

2.Excellent Sealing Performance : The closure member (disc) and valve seat adopt a conical sealing design, requiring small closing force while achieving reliable sealing, wear resistance, and erosion resistance. Replaceable valve seats allow flexible combination of sealing surface materials to adapt to different working conditions and extend service life. For high-pressure models (nominal pressure >15.0Mpa), a pressure self-tightening sealing structure is adopted, where the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal.

3.International Standard Compliance : Fully compliant with ASME B16.34, API 602, BS1873, and API 598 standards for design, manufacturing, and testing, ensuring compatibility with global industrial pipelines. Flange dimensions comply with ASME B16.5, butt welding dimensions with ASME B16.11, and threaded ends with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1.

4.Wide Temperature & Pressure Range : Suitable for pressure ratings from ANSI 150 to 4500LB (PN10 to 32Mpa) and operating temperatures from -200℃ to 650℃. Carbon steel models can withstand up to 425℃, while stainless steel and alloy steel models can handle up to 540℃ and 650℃ respectively, adapting to various extreme working environments.

5.Flexible Valve Cover Designs : Available in three valve cover types to meet different application needs: bolted bonnet (with spiral-wound gaskets for sealing), welded bonnet (threaded connection with full-weld sealing), and pressure self-tightening bonnet (threaded connection with internal pressure self-sealing ring), providing double protection against leakage.

6.Easy Maintenance & Operation : The rising stem with precision acme thread and integral backseat shoulder ensures smooth operation and no external leakage when fully open. The T-head stem-disc connection meets API 602 and API 598 strength requirements, and the two-piece gland and gland flange arrangement reduces stem wear. Live loading on packing is available upon request for enhanced sealing stability.
