The Electric Eccentric Ball Valve is a professional flow control valve that integrates an eccentric hemisphere valve with a 90° rotary electric actuator, enabling remote automatic operation and easy control of fluid on-off and flow regulation. Unlike traditional ball valves, its eccentric design ensures that the ball and valve seat are completely separated during opening, eliminating friction and wear, while achieving tight sealing during closing. This innovative structure solves common industry pain points such as medium deposition, scaling, and blockage, providing stable performance for long-term operation.

Product Features

 

1.Superior Sealing Performance : Adopting a double eccentric structure and plate spring-loaded movable valve seat design, the valve ensures reliable sealing even under high pressure and harsh working conditions. The sealing surface is made of high-quality materials (PTFE or hard alloy), with soft and hard sealing options available, achieving leakage class up to VI (soft seal) and IV (hard seal), complying with ANSI B16.104 standards.

2.Low Wear & Long Service Life : The eccentric design allows the ball to separate completely from the valve seat when opening, avoiding friction and erosion of the sealing surface by the medium during operation. The ball and valve seat are treated with special hardening technology, with surface hardness reaching HRC 65-72, ensuring excellent wear resistance and extending the service life of the valve significantly.

3.Easy & Efficient Operation : Equipped with high-quality electric actuators (PSQ, HQ, UNIC, etc.), the valve can be opened and closed quickly by rotating 90°, realizing remote automatic control and reducing manual operation costs. It supports two-position switch control, 4-20mA analog signal intelligent adjustment, and is equipped with overheating protection and electrical-mechanical double limit, ensuring safe and stable operation.

4.Low Fluid Resistance : The full-through flow channel design ensures that the fluid passes without obstruction, minimizing pressure loss and improving flow control efficiency, which is especially suitable for high-flow working conditions.

5.Wide Adaptability : Available in various connection methods (flange, thread, wafer), and material options (WCB, 304/CF8, 316/CF8M, etc.), the valve can adapt to different medium types (corrosive, granular, viscous) and working environments (high temperature, high pressure, explosion-proof). The applicable temperature ranges from -30℃ to 425℃, and the nominal pressure ranges from PN1.0 to PN4.0 MPa, meeting the needs of different industrial scenarios.

6.Easy Maintenance : The valve structure is simple, and the seal ring is removable and replaceable, making on-site maintenance convenient without disassembling the entire valve from the pipeline (especially the top-mounted type), reducing maintenance time and costs.
