Product Introduction

 

The Wrench-operated Spring-loaded Safety Valve is a core safety component that relies on the dynamic balance between spring force and medium pressure to achieve automatic opening and closing. When the pressure of the medium in the pipeline or equipment exceeds the preset value, the valve disc automatically opens to discharge the excess medium, quickly reducing the system pressure to a safe range; when the pressure returns to the normal level, the valve disc closes tightly under the action of the spring force to ensure good sealing performance. The integrated wrench design allows manual lifting of the valve disc when the medium pressure reaches more than 75% of the set pressure, facilitating regular tightness inspection and emergency pressure relief, which greatly improves the safety and operability of the system.

1.Dual Operation Mode : Automatic pressure relief and manual wrench operation are combined. The wrench can be used for regular inspection of valve flexibility and tightness, and can also realize emergency pressure relief in special cases, avoiding potential safety hazards caused by valve failure.
2.High Sealing Performance : The valve seat and valve disc are adopted with laser quenching technology or surfacing Co-based hard alloy, which has excellent wear resistance and erosion resistance, ensuring long-term stable sealing and effectively preventing medium leakagesuperscript.

3.Accurate Pressure Setting : The set pressure can be precisely adjusted by rotating the adjusting nut to change the compression amount of the spring, with a setting pressure deviation of up to ±3%, which can be customized according to different working conditions and meets the needs of various pressure levels.

4.Large Discharge Capacity : Adopting a full-open design, the opening height is ≥1/4 of the throat diameter. Cooperating with the nozzle-type valve seat and recoil disc, the medium can reach the speed of sound during discharge, significantly improving the pressure relief efficiency and meeting the large-flow pressure relief requirements of industrial systems.

5.Wide Temperature Adaptability : The standard model is suitable for working temperatures ≤350℃, and the high-temperature model can reach up to ≤550℃. The corrosion-resistant model is suitable for corrosive media, with a working temperature ≤300℃, adapting to various harsh working environments.

6.Simple Structure & Easy Maintenance : The spring direct load structure is adopted, with few parts, compact design, easy disassembly and maintenance, and low later use and maintenance costs. It is not sensitive to vibration and can be used for mobile pressure vesselssuperscrip.
