Product Introduction

 

The Spring-loaded Fully Enclosed Safety Valve is an automatic pressure relief valve that operates based on the static pressure at the valve inlet. It remains normally closed under the action of the spring force; when the system pressure exceeds the preset set pressure, the valve opens instantly and fully to discharge the medium rapidly, reducing the system pressure to a safe level. Once the pressure drops to the return pressure, the valve closes automatically to resume normal operation. Its fully enclosed structure ensures that all discharged media are guided through the outlet pipe without any leakage to the external environment, effectively preventing environmental pollution and safety hazards caused by medium leakage.

This valve is engineered to meet international standards and industry requirements, with precise manufacturing and strict quality control, making it a trusted overpressure protection solution for industrial pipelines and equipment worldwide.

1.Full Enclosure & Zero Leakage : Adopts a fully enclosed bonnet and valve cap structure, with strict sealing between the bonnet and valve body, as well as between the bonnet and valve cap. All media are discharged through the outlet pipe during relief, eliminating leakage risks and ensuring safety for operators and the environment-ideal for flammable, explosive, toxic, and corrosive media.

2.Stable Spring Performance : Key spring components are made of high-quality spring steel (such as AISI 6150 chrome vanadium steel) and undergo twice constant temperature treatment for 24 hours, ensuring stable elasticity, long service life, and precise pressure control. The set pressure deviation is within ±3%, meeting strict operational requirements.

3.Full Lift Design & Large Displacement : Features a full lift structure with a recoil disc, enabling rapid and full opening when overpressure occurs. The large discharge capacity ensures that the system pressure drops quickly, avoiding equipment damage caused by excessive pressure buildup.

4.Easy Maintenance & Durability  : The flat-structured valve disc and valve seat are easy to reprocess and maintain. The valve seat and body adopt a split design, with mirror-polished sealing surfaces and stellite welding for wear and corrosion resistance, extending the valve's service life significantly.

5.Wide Adaptability : Available in multiple material options (carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel) to adapt to different media and working conditions. It can handle media temperatures up to 300℃ and pressures up to 10.0MPa, meeting diverse industrial needs.
