Our Sleeve Type Blow-down Valve is a high-performance industrial valve specifically designed for throttling, pressure reducing and blowdown applications in harsh working environments. Product Features

 

1.Anti-Cavitation & Anti-Erosion Design : The cylindrical sleeve slides over the inner sleeve with specially sized nozzles, which can effectively minimize cavitation. Even in severe throttling conditions, the generated cavitation is directed to the center of the valve or pipeline, avoiding erosion damage to the pipeline and valve internal parts. The valve core and valve seat are surfacing with hard alloy, and the sleeve is subjected to hardening treatment, which further enhances wear resistance and extends the service life.

2.Stable High Differential Pressure Operation : It can operate stably for a long time under high differential pressure conditions, and can replace multiple series-connected standard valves with a single valve, reducing pipeline layout space and installation costs. Unlike conventional control valves that only control flow or pressure in the 20%-80% range, our sleeve type blow-down valve can control flow and pressure throughout the entire stroke, with linear flow characteristics-10% stroke increase corresponds to 10% flow increase.

3.Zero Leakage Sealing Performance : Adopting double sealing (hard and soft sealing) structure, the hard alloy sealing surface ensures wear resistance, and the soft sealing realizes tight fitting, achieving zero leakage under high pressure gas and liquid media conditions, effectively avoiding medium waste and safety hazards.

4.Easy Operation & Maintenance : The valve disc is equipped with balance holes, adopting piston-type sealing, which ensures stable operation under full differential pressure conditions, making opening and closing light and flexible with small torque. The internal parts adopt a quick-detachable design, and vulnerable parts such as packing can be replaced online without removing the valve from the pipeline, greatly reducing maintenance time and labor costs.

5.Strong Adaptability : It can be customized according to different working conditions, and supports manual, pneumatic and electric control modes. Pneumatic control can be equipped with solenoid valves, air control valves and other accessories to realize quick opening and closing (closing time can be customized to 1S-4S). It is suitable for a variety of media and working environments, with strong adaptability to system and user needs.
