Our Flanged Plunger Valve is a specialized control valve with a flange connection design, which ensures easy installation, strong connection stability, and good sealing performance. The valve is composed of body, bonnet, stem, plunger, hole stand, seal ring, handwheel (or actuator) and other key components, realizing the opening and closing function through the reciprocating movement of the plunger driven by the valve stem. It adopts a unique plunger-seal ring interference fit structure, which can effectively eliminate internal leakage and ensure zero leakage in extreme working conditions, providing comprehensive protection for your industrial pipeline system.

Product Features

 

1.Zero Leakage Sealing Performance : The plunger and seal ring adopt interference fit, and the lateral force generated by compressing the seal ring through the flange bolts ensures tight sealing between the plunger outer circle and the valve body hole surface, achieving zero leakage that meets ISO 15848-1 Class A standard. The seal ring is made of high-resilience, wear-resistant and non-toxic new materials, which can maintain elasticity even under long-term high temperature and high pressure, ensuring reliable sealing performance and long service life.

2.Strong Working Condition Adaptability : It can withstand a wide range of temperature and pressure, with pressure rating covering Class 150~Class 2500 (1.6MPa~42MPa) and temperature range from -196℃ to 650℃. The valve body and plunger can be made of cast steel, stainless steel (316L, 2205), alloy steel and other materials, and the inner wall can be lined with PFA or sprayed with ceramic to resist corrosion of strong acids, alkalis, and high-salt media, adapting to various harsh industrial environments.

3.Easy Operation & Low Maintenance Cost : The linear movement design of the plunger makes the opening and closing torque small, only 1/3~1/2 of that of the same caliber ball valve, which can realize quick opening and closing, and can be equipped with manual, electric, pneumatic, gear and other operation modes to meet different operation needs. The modular design allows online maintenance: the valve cover is connected with the valve body flange, and the seal assembly (plunger, seal ring, bellows) can be disassembled and replaced independently without removing the entire valve, greatly reducing maintenance time and downtime loss.

4.High Flow Efficiency & Wear Resistance : The straight-through streamlined flow channel design reduces fluid resistance, the flow coefficient (Cv value) is 15%~20% higher than that of the same caliber gate valve, and the pressure loss is small, which helps to reduce energy consumption of the pipeline system. The plunger surface is subjected to hardening treatment (such as overlaying Stellite alloy), with a hardness of HRC55+, which is resistant to flushing and wear, and the number of opening and closing cycles can reach more than 100,000 times, doubling the service life compared with ordinary soft-seal valves.

5.Compliance with International Standards : The product is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international standards such as API 599, API 607, ASME B16.34, JIS B2074, and GB/T 12235, and has passed relevant certifications such as NACE, ATEX, and NSF, ensuring that it can be used in global industrial projects with high safety and reliability requirements.
