Our Brass Screw-thread Ball Valve is a quarter-turn on/off valve that uses a spherical closure unit (ball) to control the flow of liquids and gases. The screw-thread connection design ensures easy installation, disassembly, and replacement without the need for welding or specialized tools, making it suitable for both professional plumbers and DIY enthusiasts alike. 1.Premium Brass Construction : Made of high-purity brass alloy (copper-zinc alloy), the valve body, bonnet, and stem feature excellent corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and mechanical strength. 2.Precision Screw-Thread Connection : Adopts international standard thread specifications (NPT, BSPP, BSPT) with smooth threads and tight fit. It can be easily connected to brass, galvanized, or plastic pipes, ensuring no leakage and convenient on-site installation and maintenance. 3.Leak-Proof Sealing Performance : Equipped with high-quality PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) seats and seals, combined with a chrome-plated brass ball, the valve achieves zero-leakage shut-off. The sealing surface is isolated from the medium when fully open or closed, preventing erosion and extending the service life of the sealing components.

4.Quarter-Turn Quick Operation : The ergonomic lever or tee handle allows for quick on/off control-only a 90° rotation is needed to switch between fully open and fully closed positions. The operation is smooth with low torque, saving time and effort even in frequent operation scenarios.

5.Wide Temperature & Pressure Range : Suitable for working temperatures from -45°C to 176°C (-50°F to 350°F) and working pressures up to 41 bar (600 psi), adapting to various fluid media and working environments. It can handle water, oil, gas, and other common media safely and stably.
