Product Introduction

 

The Two-piece High-pressure Threaded Ball Valve realizes fluid on-off control through the 90° rotation of the ball. When the handle is rotated counterclockwise, the valve stem drives the ball away from the valve seat; after rotating 90°, the ball's internal passage is parallel to the pipeline, allowing fluid to flow smoothly with low resistance (full-bore design, no dead corners). When the handle is rotated clockwise, the valve stem pushes the ball tightly against the valve seat; after rotating 90°, the ball's passage is perpendicular to the pipeline, cutting off the fluid flow completely. Some models are equipped with a wedge-shaped valve stem head, which slightly expands the ball at the end of the closing process to enhance sealing performance, ensuring zero leakage even under high pressure.

1.Superior High-Pressure Performance : Rated for working pressure ranging from 1.6MPa to 6.4MPa (2000WOG to 6000WOG), the valve is engineered to withstand extreme pressure conditions without leakage, meeting the strict requirements of high-pressure pipeline systems. It complies with international standards such as MSS-SP 72 and API 598, ensuring stable operation even in harsh industrial environments.

2.Reliable Zero-Leakage Sealing : Equipped with a bidirectional sealing structure and high-quality valve seats made of PTFE, RPTFE, or PPL, the valve achieves Class A leakage performance (EN 12266-1 standard). The elastic valve seat closely fits the hardened ball (chrome-plated or nitrided surface), effectively preventing backflow and media leakage, protecting the pipeline system and reducing material loss.

3.Two-Piece Compact Design : The two-piece structure (valve body and valve cover connected by bolts) is compact and small in size, saving installation space and facilitating on-site installation, disassembly, and maintenance. Compared with one-piece ball valves, it improves sealing performance and reduces the risk of leakage through the gland structure, making maintenance simpler without removing the entire pipeline.

4.Convenient Threaded Connection : Both ends of the valve adopt internal thread design, supporting multiple international thread standards such as G, NPT, and BSPT, which can be directly connected to pipeline external threads without additional flanges or welding. Suitable for small-diameter pipeline systems (DN15-DN50, 1/4"-2"), it simplifies installation procedures and reduces construction costs.

5.Durable & Corrosion-Resistant : Valve body is available in high-quality materials such as stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), carbon steel (WCB, A105), and alloy steel, with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The ball surface is hardened to enhance wear resistance, and the valve stem adopts blowout-proof design (ASTM A479 Type 316) to prevent it from being forced out under abnormal pressure, extending the service life to 8-10 years under normal use.

6.Easy Operation & Wide Compatibility : The lever-type operation requires only a 90° rotation to open or close, with low operating torque and quick response. It is suitable for various media including water, oil, gas, steam, and corrosive liquids, and can adapt to a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 350℃ (or -46℃ to 232℃ for stainless steel models), meeting diverse industrial needs.
