Our Forged Steel Ball Valve is a precision-engineered flow control device designed to regulate, shut off, or throttle the flow of liquids, gases, and slurries in industrial pipelines. Unlike cast steel valves, the forging process heats steel to a high temperature and presses it into shape without melting, resulting in a denser, stronger structure with no internal pores or cracks - making it ideal for critical high-pressure applications where reliability is non-negotiable. Available in floating and trunnion-mounted designs, our valves offer excellent sealing performance, easy operation, and low maintenance, ensuring seamless integration into your pipeline system.

 

Product Features

 

1.Superior Strength & Durability : Manufactured by precision forging technology, the valve body and internal components have a refined grain structure, providing higher tensile strength, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance compared to cast steel valves. It can withstand extreme pressure and temperature fluctuations without deformation or leakage.

2.Excellent Sealing Performance : Equipped with spiral wound type gaskets for bonnet joints and precision-ground, lapped seat rings and balls, ensuring zero leakage even in high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. Optional soft seals (RPTFE, UHMWPE) or metal-to-metal hard seals adapt to different media and working environments.

3.Blowout-Proof Stem Design : The forged steel stem features an integral back seat shoulder that mates with the bonnet's integral backseat, preventing stem blowout under high pressure. The adjustable gland packing ensures long-term sealing reliability and easy maintenance.

4.Compliance with Global Standards : Designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API 6D, API 602, ASME B16.34, MSS SP-110, and NACE MR0175/MR0103 standards, ensuring compatibility with international pipeline systems and passing rigorous quality inspections.

5.Easy Operation & Maintenance : The two-piece or three-piece body design allows for on-site disassembly and maintenance without removing the entire valve from the pipeline. The lever handle is directly connected to the stem, enabling quick 90° quarter-turn operation for instant on/off control.

6.Corrosion & Wear Resistance : Available in carbon steel (A105), stainless steel (A276 304/316), and other alloy materials, with surface treatments such as zinc phosphate, black oxide, or electro-polishing to enhance corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh media like chemicals, oil, and seawater.
