Spring Micro-opening External Thread Safety Valve

The Spring Micro-opening External Thread Safety Valve adopts a spring direct load structure, combining the advantages of micro-opening pressure relief and external thread connection. The micro-opening design (valve disc opening height is 1/40~1/20 of the throat diameter) ensures precise and moderate pressure relief, which is especially suitable for liquid media (such as water, oil) that are incompressible and only require a small amount of discharge to reduce pressure. The external thread connection is simple and economical, allowing direct installation on the threaded interface of equipment or pipelines without complex flange connection, greatly saving installation space and time.

1.High Sensitivity & Precise Pressure Control : Equipped with high-quality 50CrVA spring, the valve can quickly respond when the system pressure reaches the set value, automatically open to relieve pressure, and close tightly when the pressure returns to the normal range, ensuring stable operation of the equipment. The adjustable pressure design allows flexible setting according to actual working requirements, with high control accuracy.

2.Compact Structure & Easy Installation : The external thread connection design is simple and practical, suitable for narrow installation spaces where flange connection is inconvenient. It can be directly screwed into the threaded interface, reducing installation steps and improving construction efficiency. The overall structure is light and compact, without occupying too much space, and is also suitable for mobile pressure vessels due to its low sensitivity to vibration.

3.Durable & Corrosion-Resistant : The valve body, valve disc, and other key components are made of high-quality materials such as 2Cr13, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, which have excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance. For corrosive media, we also provide options with PTFE coating or corrosion-resistant alloy materials to extend the service life of the product under harsh working conditions.

4.Wide Media Adaptability : Different models are available for different media and working temperatures. Common models are suitable for air, ammonia, liquefied petroleum gas, water, oil, and other media; special models (A21W-P/R) are suitable for corrosive gases or liquids at ≤200℃, and KA21Y type is suitable for liquefied petroleum gas at ≤100℃, meeting the needs of various industrial scenarios.
