1.Electro-hydraulic Integration Design : Combines electrical control and hydraulic transmission, with stepless force adjustment and stable operation, low impact force, and high transmission efficiency up to 80%. It can be centrally monitored or automatically controlled with computers, realizing long-distance and high-altitude dangerous area operation without on-site manual intervention.

2.Superior Cutting & Anti-clogging Performance : The blade-shaped gate is made of high-quality stainless steel or carbon steel, which can easily cut fiber materials and scrape off dust, tar, and other attachments on the sealing surface during closing, ensuring smooth opening and closing without blockage even for high-concentration slurry media.

3.Flexible & Reliable Operation : Equipped with both electric and manual operation modes. In case of power interruption, manual operation can be used to open or close the valve, effectively controlling the medium and preventing accidents. The installation height and position are not limited, adapting to various complex industrial environments.

4.Excellent Sealing & Corrosion Resistance : The valve body has no cavity, and the gate rises and falls in the side guide groove, pressing tightly on the valve seat through the bottom lugs. Optional O-ring seal seat realizes two-way sealing, and the sealing surface can be made of rubber, PTFE, stainless steel, or hard alloy to adapt to different media and working conditions, ensuring no leakage.

5.Explosion-proof & Waterproof Options : The electric device can be customized as explosion-proof type (Ex DⅡBT4/DⅡCT4, excluding acetylene) for safe operation in flammable, explosive, or toxic gas environments; standard products have IP65 protection level (dustproof and rainproof), and waterproof type (IP67) is available for outdoor or wet working conditions.

6.Compact & Easy Installation : The overall structure is compact, with short structural length, light weight, small installation space, and easy installation and disassembly, reducing installation and maintenance costs.
