Product Introduction
The Electric Slurry Valve, also known as Knife Gate Slurry Valve, is an upgraded industrial valve integrating electric actuation and slurry handling. Since its introduction, it has gradually replaced traditional gate valves, globe valves and butterfly valves in many fields due to its outstanding advantages of small size, low flow resistance, light weight, easy installation and maintenance. It is mainly composed of an electric actuator and a valve body, which realizes automatic opening and closing or flow regulation of the valve through electric drive, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing manual operation costs.
Our electric slurry valve is developed on the basis of absorbing advanced international technologies, with optimized structural design, material selection and sealing performance, which can effectively solve the problems of easy clogging, poor sealing and quick wear of traditional valves in slurry conveying, and ensure long-term stable operation under harsh working conditions.
Product Features
1.Special Design for Slurry Media : Adopting full-through, non-dead-angle and streamlined channel design, the valve channel is spacious and smooth, which can effectively avoid the deposition of slurry medium in the valve body, prevent clogging and reduce residue, making pipeline cleaning more convenient. The gate plate is designed with a knife-shaped structure, which can easily cut off the viscous slurry and solve the problem of poor sealing caused by slurry precipitation.
2.Superior Sealing Performance : Equipped with newly developed elastic U-shaped sealing ring or O-shaped composite sealing ring, the valve realizes reliable two-way sealing when closed. The outer seal of the gate plate is realized by the elastic sealing strip embedded in the valve body, which can be adjusted by screws and pressure plates to further enhance the sealing effect and prevent medium leakage effectively. The flange sealing surface is inlaid with O-ring, no additional flange gasket is needed, and the installation is simple and convenient.
3.High Automation & Precise Control : Equipped with DZW type multi-turn electric actuator or electro-hydraulic actuator, powered by AC380V, it can receive 4-20mA, 0-10V control signals, and realize remote automatic control through DCS, PLC and other control systems. It supports multiple control modes such as manual, automatic and remote, which can meet the control needs of different scenarios, and realize precise adjustment of flow, pressure and other parameters to ensure stable system operation.
4.Wear-Resistant & Corrosion-Resistant : The key components are made of high-quality materials: the valve body is made of gray cast iron or ductile iron, the gate plate and valve stem are made of 2Cr13, 304, 316, 304L, 316L and other stainless steel materials, and the sealing ring is made of NBR, EPDM, PTFE and other corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials. The wear-resistant folded cone installed at the inlet end can prevent particle materials from directly scouring the seal, prolonging the service life of the valve.
5.Compact Structure & Easy Installation : Adopting wafer-type or integral structure, the valve has small volume, light weight and small floor space, which is suitable for areas with limited installation space. It is easy to install and disassemble, and the maintenance process is simple, which can reduce the maintenance cost and downtime effectively.
