Our Pneumatic Flange Hard Seal Butterfly Valve is a professional industrial valve that combines a pneumatic actuator with a triple eccentric hard seal structure, designed to realize on-off control and precise flow regulation of various fluids in pipelines. 1.Superior High-Temperature & High-Pressure Resistance : The hard seal structure with multi-layer metal sealing design can withstand working temperatures up to 550℃ (special design can reach 600℃) and working pressure up to PN40 (Class 300), suitable for controlling steam, gas, oil and other high-temperature and high-pressure media, perfectly adapting to harsh industrial working conditions.
2.Triple Eccentric Structure Design : The triple eccentric design minimizes friction between the valve disc and the sealing surface during opening and closing, reduces wear of the sealing surface, avoids interference between components, and greatly extends the service life of the valve. At the same time, the sealing performance is enhanced with the increase of transmission torque when closing, ensuring reliable sealing in harsh conditions.
3.Excellent Sealing Performance : Adopting metal-to-metal hard seal pairing (such as stainless steel + hard alloy overlay, Cr13 series stainless steel + graphite interlayer), it has both the advantages of hard seal and soft seal, achieving ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class IV leakage level (some high-precision models can reach Class V), effectively preventing medium leakage and ensuring safe operation of the system.
4.Efficient Pneumatic Actuation : Equipped with high-quality pneumatic rack and pinion actuator, it has fast response speed (1-3 seconds for double-acting type) and stable operation. It supports two acting modes: single-acting (spring return, automatic reset when air is cut off, suitable for emergency shutdown scenarios) and double-acting (air supply for opening and closing, suitable for high-frequency switching scenarios), meeting different automation control needs.
5.Durable & Corrosion-Resistant : Valve body is made of high-quality materials such as carbon steel (WCB), stainless steel (304/316/316L) and alloy steel (WC6/WC9), and the valve disc and stem are made of CF8, CF8M or other corrosion-resistant materials. The surface is treated with anti-corrosion technology, which can resist corrosion of weak corrosive media and ensure long-term stable operation even in harsh environments such as chemical industry and seawater treatment.
6.Easy Installation & Maintenance : Flanged connection conforms to international standards such as ANSI, JIS, DIN and GB, which is convenient for quick installation and connection with various pipelines.
