Product Introduction
Our Gas Seal Packer is run to the target depth of the wellbore via the tubing string. For the standard hydraulic-set type: hydraulic pressure is applied through the tubing to activate the setting mechanism, which pushes the slips to firmly anchor the packer on the inner wall of the casing, and simultaneously compresses the high-performance gas-tight sealing elements to achieve 360° full circumferential sealing between the tubing and casing. For mechanical-set type, setting is completed via tubing rotation and setting down weight.
The unique metal-to-metal main seal combined with redundant auxiliary seals ensures zero gas leakage under long-term alternating pressure and temperature conditions. When retrieval is required, a straight pull on the tubing triggers the releasing mechanism, retracts the slips and decompresses the sealing elements, allowing the packer to be pulled out of the wellbore smoothly.
