Product Introduction

 

The Electric Sleeve Regulating Valve is a high-performance control valve composed of an electric actuator and a sleeve valve body. It receives control signals (4-20mA DC, 0-10mA DC, or 1-5V DC) from regulating instruments and drives the sleeve spool to move, thereby changing the flow area of the valve inner channel and realizing automatic regulation of process parameters such as fluid flow, pressure, and temperature. As a general-purpose regulating valve complying with IEC standards, it features a compact structure, small unbalanced force, and large flow capacity, effectively solving the problem of relying on air sources in high-demand control scenarios.

 

Product Features

 

1.High Precision Regulation : Equipped with an integrated electronic actuator with a built-in controller module, eliminating the need for an external servo amplifier. It supports HART protocol (optional) for parameter setting, stroke self-calibration, and fault diagnosis, ensuring precise positioning with minimal dead zone and stable regulation performance. The basic error is ±2.5%, and the inherent adjustable ratio reaches 50:1, meeting strict industrial control requirements.

2.Stable & Low-Noise Operation : Adopts a pressure-balanced spool design, which greatly reduces the unbalanced force of the medium, reduces the output force required by the actuator, and allows a large pressure difference. The sleeve with porous design splits the fluid, effectively reducing noise by about 10dB compared with ordinary single and double seat valves, and preventing cavitation through multi-stage pressure reduction, creating a safer working environment.

3.Wide Adaptability : Available in a variety of body materials, including WCB, 304, 316, WC6, WC9, titanium, nickel, Hastelloy, and Monel, to adapt to different corrosive media and working conditions. The operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to +450℃ (extended range available on request), and the nominal pressure covers PN1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0 MPa, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive environments.

4.Easy Maintenance & Interchangeability : The simplified internal structure makes assembly, disassembly, and maintenance convenient. By replacing sleeves with different window shapes, the flow characteristics (linear, equal percentage, quick opening) can be easily changed without replacing the valve body, reducing maintenance and upgrade costs.

5.Intelligent & Automatic Integration : Can be seamlessly integrated with automatic control systems, supporting remote monitoring and operation, which is in line with the development trend of smart factories.
