1.100% Automatic Operation: No manual intervention required. The float mechanism automatically responds to air accumulation, realizing real-time air release and valve closure. This reduces maintenance workload and avoids human error in manual venting.
2.Leak-Proof Design: Adopts advanced sealing technology and high-quality sealing materials (EPDM), combined with a scientific float structure, ensuring that the valve closes tightly when there is no air, completely preventing water leakage. The special air-water separation design guarantees "only air release, no water discharge".
3.High Efficiency & Rapid Exhaust: Equipped with a large-diameter exhaust orifice (exhaust volume >45L/min) and optimized valve chamber design, it can quickly release a large amount of air during system startup and continuously exhaust micro-bubbles during normal operation, effectively preventing air locks and improving system flow capacity.
4.Durable & Corrosion-Resistant: Valve body is made of high-quality brass or 304/316 stainless steel, float is made of PP/TPX material, and lever is made of stainless steel.
