Full Closed-Loop Manufacturing Process : 

- High-Purity Raw Material Control 

Only vacuum double-melted (VIM+VAR) titanium and titanium alloy ingots compliant with ASTM B381 and ASTM B265 standards are used. Each batch of raw materials is subject to chemical composition analysis and mechanical property testing to prevent unqualified raw materials from entering production.

- Precision Forging

 - Closed-die forging on a 1000-8000 ton hydraulic press, with strict control of forging temperature (850-950℃) and forging ratio (not less than 3:1), to break the cast structure, refine grains, improve material density, and eliminate internal defects.

 - Free forging for large-diameter and non-standard flanges, with multi-directional forging to ensure uniform structure and mechanical properties in all directions.

- Precision Heat Treatment

Vacuum heat treatment furnace is used for annealing, solution treatment, and aging treatment. The temperature and holding time are precisely controlled to eliminate forging stress, optimize the microstructure, and ensure the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the flange, avoiding deformation and cracking during use.

- CNC Precision Machining

5-axis CNC machining centers and CNC lathes are used for precision machining of the flange face, bolt holes, hub, and weld bevel, with strict dimensional tolerance control to ensure the flatness of the sealing face, the accuracy of bolt hole positions, and the perpendicularity of the hub. The sealing face can be polished to Ra 0.8μm for high-purity and high-vacuum applications.

- Surface Treatment
