Solid rigid centralizer is a kind of casing centralizer which is widely used for oilfield drilling cementing operation. This kinds of centralizer is especially used in high deviated and horizontal well.
Our Thankful Material rigid centralizer is designed with two kinds of vane structure. One is spiral vane centralizer, another is straight vane centralizer.
Rigid centralizer made by Thankful are suitable for either cased or open hole.
Vane ends of the spiral vane centralizer are beveled 30 degrees relative to casing centerline to provide excellent working performance and reduced drag when running into hole. Improve cementing efficiency.
Both spiral vane centralizer and straight vane centralizer have wide vanes distribute load from the casing string into the wellbore without gouging.
Our Rigid centralizer are made of softer material than wellhead equipment to avoid damage to the wellhead Christmas tree when running through it can provide excellent results in extended reach and horizontal applications. Our design of the vanes can keeps running forces at a minimum situation.
The material of our rigid centralizer include both cast steel and cast aluminum, usually a cast aluminum rigid centralizer can provide better performance of casing protection and lower coefficient of friction.it is better for running and rotating the casing.
